dude...briefly: they were meant to share the land that was split in the original proposal (since both parties have claim to the land which dates back to the first testament);

the plstnians whom didnt want any part of the 'split' and wanted it all

nearby rab countries didnt want the refugees and told em to go back and stake their claim

palys were/are looked down upon by other a'rab countries - theyre refugees that none of thise countries wanted to accommodate when they fled after losing the war

with all the a'rab lands that surround israel, they couldve definately helped their 'brothers' by taking them in: iraq, iran, syria, lebanon, egypt, jordan , saudis are all massive lands of their 'brothers' right??? why not help em out???

the war was caused by them and the neighbouring a'rab countries whom didnt want to recognise jews having a rightful claim to the land (which they did just as much as the palys if you read your history, but were always a minority whom were constantly harrassed and persecuted by others)

the common man has to recognise that both parties inhabited that land throughout history and the jews wouldve still been there in large numbers if they werent being harrassed and persecuted by the a'rabs/romans etc. Most jews left for europe because of the 'persecutions', but there were always small settelemts left.

i can understand that many want to STAY and live in their land, but many would also like to get away from the slums and live a better life; to these 'brothers' whom want to leave, the nearby countries dont want them and brainwash them to go stake their claim.
