Not sure why some think b2B is the only path. If BUD thought Buddy lite in the home had legs then I am convinced they would roll it out. Extremely easy install. Can you imagine the power of that Data? "You cant have a smart city without a smart neighborhood."
It could be as simple as a retailer trying to sign you up on a 3 year energy plan throwing in buddy meter and then never having to have guys read your electrical box.
People should not be so quick to dismiss.
