Cheap is an absolute term. Market continues to show me how what i thought was cheAp ws actually expensive (myx) and what i thought was expensive was actually cheap. (Bitcoin, sydney houses)

So im leary of saying things are cheap in the way you mean

Thats why - when im being more precise - i make cheap 'relative to x'. In this case expected 4qtr 18 income + earnings growth

Stocks like bud call for feet on the ground (know there's substantial downside risk if market goescold) but 'head in the clouds'(because stocks like hud have been known to bag multiple times on theit way to becoming cheAp
