Howdy all
As I stated in my post it was a guess.
One reason is the increasing value of acreage due to changes in drilling techniques. There are always companies on the look out for companies that may have a resource and it can be acquired cheaply. Slowly buy the stock and then once the ownership level hits the specified target (number of shares and price) make a play for the rest of the script.
I came up with 25cents mainly due to the
1. possible amount of gas and
2. the fact that GDN owns the area and (my understanding)
3. the size of the acreage.
Besides that it is all conjecture on my part. There is no hard facts except for gas and acreage prices.
Sorry if any one took offence.
