Agree - a good result and big dividend placing UNV on a 10% yield!
My reading is ATA have walked so unlikely to be a fall back. Afrimat look like the real deal but let's not forget they have not done due diligence or arranged finance. Will be a long road but shows more promise than ATA.
Happy to collect my dividends and if a deal is recommended then I will consider. Not losing any sleep in the interim as mixed feelings about another offer......
