I have been supporting Dyesol/Greatcell since 2007 and like virtually every shareholder am shocked by the sudden paralysis that has overtaken the company. I share some of Hudson Hawk's suspicions about the sequence of events over the past year and the possible motivations. Do you know if anyone has obtained legal advice on the legitimacy of the Board's recent actions?

I sent an e-mail to Marine Andre months ago, pleading with the company to approach shareholders for funds rather than have the whole enterprise founder, but received no reply.

I have attempted to contact the nominated person within the administrator's office, but have not been successful. Do you know what the ASX and administrator requirements are?
