It looks like it was the ASX that prevented the rescue.
They weren’t confident that funding could be secured, given past attemps have all failed.
I don’t know what has or will happen to the existing intellectual property, but I think the only way foward would be for Otsana or others to start afresh. Not sure if there’s much chance of that happening.
