Good work, but I think your opex (not capex) may be a little harsh. I believe the opex from Gecko will be significantly lower than larger plants but may stand corrected. Est opex may be $1,000/oz plus or minus.
Plus Forestania value etc.
Gold ? $2800/oz. Opex $1000/oz?
