I have no first hand knowledge of this but others have told me that many contractors were previously paid in shares and are getting rid of them to recoup their costs.
If the total # of the .1 & .2 sells is less than the .3 buys then we open at .3. Right up until open the the volume is carefully manipulated to keep the price at .2. Seconds before open, the .1c sells are cancelled making it open at .3. All those who thought they were jumping the .2 queue end up paying 3.
From about 10.05 a few might slip in at .25 but for the rest of the day, the .25's are people selling "at market".
But what would I know, all I know is from reading CLZ threads.
