needle, Timor is a very small poor island now country which produces nothing and needs jobs and money..
Cant see Timor agreeing to Floatin LNG under any circumstances. The number of jobs and support industry which could be created onshore would be a huge incentive for Timor to hold its ground...Dont think they would be too worried about the savings of floatin LNG.
Tassie Shoale rests squarely on the Heron and Blackwood areas with ENI being the catalyst.
We wait till feb to c the next ENI move.
The flexability in the TS solution would accomodate third parties as the cream rather than the driving force to its implementation...Woodside/Shell/Santos have their own agenda's.
