Another 20 - 30%? That is crazy talk!
There are far too many shares on issue, and many holders are much too un-attached to them - the climb back to $1.20/$1.30 will be hard one, perhaps not even possible in the near term...
Just because LYC has TOL doesn't mean smooth sailing from here on out, theres still going to be all manner of chaos to overcome in regards to global market conditions, REE prices, and worst of all Malaysia and protestors/court cases.
