If you read my thread on the most beautiful cars in the world, you will know that I am also a bit of a petrol head; I love muscle cars
Just to be patriotic I'm going to start with (what I believe, is one of the best muscle cars to come out of Australia) the last of the Commodores, the VF series 2:
"The GTS features a 6.2 litre Supercharged LSA engine which provides a staggering 430kW of power and 740Nm of torque (DIN)".
These cars are incredible; good old fashioned rear wheel drive with a thumping great engine at the front, the last of the Commodores was the best they ever produced
For the money (circa $130,000) they represented fantastic value for money
Anyway, lets move on to the home of the original true muscle car, the good old US of A
