And in this case they’ve agreed to appoint one of AVZ’s own Manono Project JV partners !

I’ve found an interesting old tweet from ML:

“... #China firms will do own mine scoping study. No need PFS.”

.. If this is also the case with AVZ, and the Chinese have agreed to stump up USD$285 million for a road to be awarded to one of AVZ’s Manolo Project JV partners ... wouldn’t this suggest the Chinese are ALREADY somewhat satisfied with the resource ?

But relax - you don't have to find something which is causal enough for me.
Dathomir claimed a few months before that they will invest in infrastructure, is heavily invested and believe me ... that was my personal trigger next to historical datas.
Huayou is heavily invested and looking for JORC.
An additional road invest by a Chinese consortium is just one further block for the whole picture ... and yeah - great .... but that does not imply that this road investor is finally the next Manono-Project owner.
