Agreed. Small explorers are usually more efficient, faster and cheaper. The good ones. Re PEAHR agreements, I am not sure. Nobody has been able to give me a clear answer. But some sort of re-evaluation or re-set does sound likely. The rules have changed. Companies are working through the legal and timing implications.
