if CNP is at $6 then CER will be back at $2 very quickly - its not out of the ordinary though. There is still much irrationality in the price of CER - even in current climate a price closer to 40-50c would be more adequate.
Refinancing is NOT an issue - $600m in December imo will be a breeze considering that over $9b was refinanced from a consolidated perspective throughout the group. There is much blue sky in CER and many other REITS.
I guarantee that many of us that are still holding in 1-2 years time will be very well off.
