what grounds are there to believe it was ever capable of repayment? the country produces nothing and yet it was lent 300b dollars! How/why? Because the bankers all got bonuses to lend baby lend and if it happens that the loans blow up well that's someone else's problem. The whole thing is a scam dressed in an expensive suit to make it look proper but in reality it is a scam at other's expense and know the same people are making money shorting and in cds market on the way down to earth with a THUD!!!
