Why..do they need a referrendum for......its government was voted in to make decisions till they are voted out...
Does this mean that the gov cant make a decision of is it scared to make a decision...
Sending the country bankruped and closing banks is also a decision....as well...just by not deciding...
The russians wouldlove a foothold in europe and should help the greeks..if europe wont..give them more money..
