Until ASX/ASIC make it a requirement for directors and company officers to reveal their margin loans, then why should a director reveal them. Basically its none of our business to know what financial arrangements have been made by a director. I do recognise that when a director's financial arrangement come a cropper, the shareholders can also suffer pain.
