Why do companies do it over and over again? Greed we can be bigger buy out the opposition acquire, acquire , acquire.

What for - so that the Management get there bonuses and brag about their takeover deals.

I have been an investor for 30yrs and from experience the best companies are the ones that grow organically. It may be boring for some of the Yuppie types investors, but its safe by keeping debit as close to nil as possible.
Bond Corp Prime example, BBI, and many more.

The only why we can survive now is to conserve cash, make a good announcement for the next financial period and improve market sentiment on Hastie. Only then will will see a share price of 45-50c . Do a cap raising at these levels and rid of the debt. Managemnt should also take a Pay cut while we are not getting dividends.

Then if all this can be achievable we will be looking at this event as History - Provided we have level headed Management that a competent and stop this ridiculous expansion so the sake of expansion.
