    What can you say about a Chinese company that is prepared to pay $1.86billion for a foreign company in Canada but wants to screw NKP Minority shareholders?   It is not willing to increase its takeover offer by a reasonable $20m extra for Dissenting Shareholders. My conclusion.... Chinese Greed at its best!
