Perhaps this well explain it better

Only on 2 occasions in recent trading have we seen it trade less than $500K worth of stock in a day

Most trading values are in excess of $1M

So of the $4M to be placed Monday, assuming that at least 25-50% has already sold out anticipating receipt of stock, sold stock already holding etc, then that leaves potentially $2M worth of loose stock ?

Then factor in yesterday and today's volume, whereby brokers and sophs could be selling knowing the will receive the stock Monday in time for settlement, and you struggle to find much more placement volume to come

In most times, the placement is out of the market well before it is issued, and the ones selling now are retail holders trying to front run something that may not be coming
