for all those who complain about this...how many of you benefit from the baby bonus $5000 is it ?....and family tax benefit...$1000 each for each child by xmas
literally thousands in lump sums paid if you have a baby.. and more if you have children
the way I see it , is if you are young, have a family and buy a house you get probably 20-30,000 thrown at you by the govt....
if you are older like I am....I get nothing....always missed out on any of the housing schemes....or interest rate concessions...nothing for me...zilch
except if I happen to have paid the highest interest rates in the world....I may get some small beneift...in a small window of opportunity....if I am a seller in this environment....which I am not...
