don't often agree, but as you said no one forces you to be a landlord. for many all they see is the so call potential dollars they will make, not the work involved by an active landlord to keep a property attractive to tenants. Just leaving everything to an Agent is also a problem. the other thing is rental property is a long, long term proposition, whilst most seem to want quick gains. Jet
