This is the problem of taking away an income stream that they should not have had in the first place. Its called living beyond your means and now the piper has come home. Govt's just kept borrowing more and more money to stay in power. A bit like the govt we have at the moment. $19b surplus to a $30b deficit in 1 year. I am also sure a lot of people must have suffered unfairly as well. This is another example why you can't over tax any great income producing industry imo. Its the money machine that pays a lot of the govt's bills. Trying to make us all the same won't and never works. One speed to no where.
