    You can't really go reducing minimum wage when you have a Monetary systems that rely's on inflation to survive. Reducing min wage by an excessive number like 22% will have a follow on effect for everyone, pulling the mean wage down with it.

    Agree with cutting the state/federal workers in Australia though. I'd rather see small government, where the people make the decisions together.
