Talk of a Greek bailout has been ongoing for over 2 years now. At each 'announcement' of a new bailout agreement stock markets topped then reversed lower. I expect no different this time too.

Besides, this latest 'rescue' for Greece is just kicking the can down the road, until the Greek people kick it back. This crisis will not be decided by politicians, regulators & EU leaders, it will be decided by the people - for good or bad (and from Greece to Spain to Portugal to Ireland to Italy & beyond).
