It appears there is a core of investors that have the confidence in this project for a variety of reasons already mentioned.

A truckload of cash worldwide is held by "institutions/individuals" looking to place it in selected stocks with upside.

Cash deposited with whatever organisation/bank will make you bugger all. They are not passing on interest paid on deposited cash.

The real estate market is now under the spotlight.

Increased mortgage rates/building materials supply issues/ building contractors having taken on billions/millions of dollars in contracts now under severe pressure.
Developers are coming under pressure - these promoters need a quick turnover in their projects to make their millions - that gravy train is slowing.
Cost pressures for real estate investors and rental increases not offsetting their financial position, along with capital appreciation now being diminished. Plus materials and contractor shortages to maintain maintenance.

So that leaves the stock market.

Those stocks that have moved with the adaptation of technologies to their business models and have increased customer spread and revenue plus reduced costs will become choice picks.

MNB is an exciting company in its infancy - why the space it is entering - food/energy. You have got to have both on this planet.

In due course, it will attract "serious" money.

Emotion/fear in the stock market with current world economic issues will cause share prices to fluctuate. However, some companies will ride these waves and, in good time, come out with a substantial profit for longer-term investors.

The key is doing your homework and risk factor.
