Three things (among many things people already mentioned here) I took away from the interview:
1. Most numbers making up the DFS will be available in July.
2. Funding: from "33:27 - Time Frame for the Funding Process"
2.1. Funding will definitely be equity: Lindsay conceded that changing the business model this late wasn't helpful to acquiring debt. So yes, he knows they did a bad thing!
2.2. DFS delay will have a negative impact on the timing of funding, and again, he stuttered and quickly rushed to end the discussion with a weak "I think we should be ok [inaudible]". I don't see any confidence here. This is a sign that another delay might well be a real possibility.

After watching this video, I have now known for a fact that Minbos doesn't have a strong and transparent management team! Huge potential but sub-par management.

It's not gonna be an easy and smooth road ahead with this team. I really hope they know what they are doing and the opportunity will materialise.
