I see no similarity between bnb and allco/mfs.

What annoys me the most is these so called experts always refer to overpriced assets but never list any let alone what they believe they are worth.

As anyone who has been around for a while knows assets change value all the time, the difference is the underlying value and market value are very different but has no direct bearing on the medium/long term value of an asset.

Lets look at KP who sold channel nine to AB for what was at the time quoted as overpriced but a mere 18 months later everyone was saying well perhaps it was worth it (but AB had other issues) and what about QAN did the private equity people get the numbers wrong or has the market in general decided that debt is bad.

My grandfather always said debt is good as long as you are getting a higher return than the cost of the debt.
