What I am alluded to is, many thought at that time he was concerned for speeding up the permit process, but was he actually wanting the funding by the EU to put talga in a better position when it came to JV negotiations. The DFS was delayed and JV was extended yet I believe it was delayed also. Maybe just maybe it was because this one factor they want the funding before JV. That's my take. Please pick apart and correct me but it is good timing for this EU Green deal presentation.
