exactly, mark said something along the lines of "the speed of decision making is a bit of a drawback, we can apply through a channel for funding but may not hear anything for 12 months".
and he gave it to them at the end, with words along the lines of "If the EU don't start getting a move along and keep importing from Asia, your going to be stuck in the same dirty mess that your in now, frankly" haha. The panel were all in support of Talga though I think.
