When you've got no cash, you don't manage the hospitality venues you've acquired or built, you've sold your soul to a Chinese licensee, and you're selling packaged-beer below cost, it's a very slippery slope. You have effectively lost control.
I think we might need to rename the investor from sophisticated to gullible. Unless, of course, there's something they know and we don't.
At some point, the ASX will call time on this as they are clearly failing to meet most of the minimum requirements to remain on the public equities market.
