Japan just added $1.5 billion to bring the Green Climate Fund...

Japan just added $1.5 billion to bring the Green Climate Fund total up to $10 billion.  The first $5 billion will be released soon to begin the work of reducing carbon emissions.

"GCF will regain some stature by initiating projects and programs in developing countries, especially the most vulnerable nations, which include small island developing states (52) and least developed countries (48)."
