I disagree, until ISCR is proven to work here it simply doesn't have a value IMO. That is different from a less than probable chance it will work.
The key characteristics are all there, I do agree that once proven it will enhance the sp no end as copper is 'gold' at the moment and probably for some years to come.
Its a good time to accumulate IMO as once news is out it will move quite quickly.
