ARU are the only permitted REE miner Redding itself for becoming a producer.

After fifteen odd years of "exploration" the Nolan's tenement will start
building their plant/mine, April of this year, producing 2025.

But to do the build ARU requires one point four Billion dollars for this to happen.
ARU have SOI of one and a half billion shares.
The question is how many shares on issue to raise that one point four billion dollars ?

In the ten years of holding ARU I sold and moved that cash into near producing miners.

I leant that time is more important that money to make profits.
Enter cheap and hang around for many years, or enter at a reasonable price for a short time frame to
make profits.

As the Barefoot investor says in the Sunday newspaper, "choose your own path".
I am now pulling my bid on GCM, last thing on earth I want to be involved in... REEs.
