Currently I think the us are having difficulty deciding with their Fannies and Freddies
You cannot judge BHP on the current UK market. I am a long term holder of a SA mining Company called International Ferrochrome listed on the main board
They have contracts for all ferro they produce in place till the end of the year The price of ferro has risen from just over $1 in the first 6 months of 08 to over $2.05 this quarter and they are making $20 mill US per month
They are also looking at a dividend
In May their SP was 1.65
Last night thery were trading under .50 with no bad news
The poms are selling everything to do with comms
