I think all this (BM JV, LV S7 allocation to exergen, backdoor listing on exergen by a merger with MNM) is a done deal already.
Announcing it all just has to wait for Ted Bailieu to visit India - that way he can claim the credit for creating a new resource industry for Victoria that is potentially more valuable than Austrlia's gas exports.
