toprated, the sneaky bit IMO is that you have to subscribe to the SPP before the pricing period ends. You don't know what price you are buying at. A stunning announcement on the Monday after the offer closes could see you paying a lot more per share than you thought - that is, getting less shares for your $15,000.
Good for existing holders who are being diluted, though. But those participating want as many shares for their buck, surely?
