For a meaningful JV with PBT, the two parties would need to establish the value of each operation. That means establishing capacity, costs, revenues and timelines for each.
IMO, that means the completion of BFS for 2.2mtpa at BS and the PBT feasibility study currently under way and due for completIon by the end of 2022. Maybe Q1, CY2023. If that happens, it should be one hell of an announcement and customers will be rushing to be successful as preferred offtakers, IMO.
