And you should also note that "the contract" is now down to 3 years and 8 months! And in the first 1 year and 4 months not much has really been delivered has it?
Lets hope things improve over the remainder of the term.

And while we are on Beijing, is not the only remaining stumbling block the granting of a licence by the chinese? You would think that if they were desperate to get a lot of these transponders in place before the Olympics they would be ensuring a quick grant of the licence. Unfortunately they dont seem to anxious at all do they?
