    Confidence is coming back with IBA.Sold off due to market down turn and lack of clarification of the bedding down of the Isoft deal.Now they have announced progress on Isoft the confidence is coming back.My view was it was a buy at the $1 level.Long term it will move towards $1.50 if the profit meets forecasts.
