Should start smaller with medium sized heaavy industry with Electrolisers for self consumption. That takes some of the pressure off the Electricity grid. Build that up so there becomes a surplus and shift that overseas.
Trying to setup and sell to overseas at the moment is just inviting rorts and failures.
