It certainly does seem fraudulent and it pains me to think that Jim Wall might now be sitting back with his "earnings" still intact at the expense of those (including myself) that were hoodwinked.
It's disheartening to see that the results of a mere $0.4 million exploration campaign for the 4th quarter could reduce this company's capitalisation by 2 thirds or more, after the steady stream of positive announcements we have been fed.
So I too am asking: Do investors have recourse to compensation in view of these farcical announcements?
