Yes i did notice the discrepancy between what they told you and what was written in the article;

"CER's roll of the dice has paid off with only two contracts remaining with the likelihood of those being closed out by a further US2c currency rise."

It could be that the writer doesn't actually know and just speculated 2c as it does only state 'likelihood' or that investor services could have just picked a number so you would go away. But the sooner the better anyhow really.
