...and once again, people are getting confused between uranium mining, and nuclear power generation.
Uranium mining and export is where those of us who have stocks like SMM, AGS, etc are going to make our money. Not from nuclear power generation in Australia.
Nuclear power plants are WAY down the track, and the number we'd need in Australia would consume only a tiny proportion of the uranium that we could sell to the rest of the world. Currently there are about 480 nuclear power plants in the world, all needing supplies of uranium. The number of those is increasing, and with China, India, and Brazil all having large numbers of nuclear power plants in the planning stages, the market for uranium will only get bigger.
All this talk of nuclear power generation in Australia is a distraction, and as always, gets linked to the mining of uranium, which is a separate issue completely.
