Turbo, final permits cannot be given until the EPA process is completed. Final public submissions are due by 20 Jan (for Riley), so we won't be hearing much in that regard until the end of the month. Next news will probably be resource updates out of Big Wilson.
Pending EPA approval I have no doubts about Mr Burke will be approving the 3 VMS projects, he has already given strong hints in that direction.
I think we will probably start to see the SP move back towards the cap raising price of 30c in the next week as we get closer to the next batch of news....after that, who knows, it's really hard to quantify the value of this stock.
Exciting year ahead for VMS, DSO production most likely by June, and right when the IO price has started to climb above $150.
