I thought the announcement that the N2 toll road had been approved was fairly big news. Even the greenies admit that this decision has 'indirectly given MRC, the green light to mine'. Not sure why this and other announcements, such as placement to Batemans at well above current market price, have had no effect on price. The market certaintly appears to be acting inefficiently on this one. But hey, that's the market for you. Nonetheless, patient MRC investors should do well .
