I have been researching DTE over the past week and believe EDE's assets in UK would be the right fit for Dart..They are also looking to add 3-5 strategic leases to their EUROPE asset base which seems to tie in with what EDE own.
They are also cashed up 100MIL in the bank plus just announced 100MIL revolving debt facility for international development..
All my opinion only any thoughts?
