This is the latest newsletter updating shareholders and Friends of Actinogen on recent events and announcements.
First up, a reminder to shareholders to act now to secure your shares in the company’s $10 million rights issue that closes on 4 September. Letters have been issued detailing how to buy the shares, so if you haven’t acted on that yet, please read on.
We have also received good news on two fronts regarding the XanaCIDD depression trial.
The first is that after industry-wide delays to UK regulatory approvals over recent months, we have now received approval to proceed with our trial in the UK without alterations.
Plus, we have received positive news from the XanaCIDD Safety Review Committee (SRC) that recommended the trial continue without alteration
