tophat, I am questioning your credibility. I have been reading your comments for sometime. Now that you are being specific by naming companies and individual IBR shareholders that have accepted TMR's offer of 4-1, I have searched through TMR's announcements and I could only find some of those shareholders' names that had accepted the offer, but not all of them. Are you privy to TMR information that other shareholders are not? If not, would you please tell me where you have sourced this information from. I am a long term holder of IBR and unless TMR pays fair value for it, IBR will never become TMR and us long term shareholders will be there to REAP THE REWARDS.
